About Us
Overview:
RR Joinery employs 16 highly skilled craftsmen with over 150 years of combined experience who work both at our dedicated Staines based joiners shop as well as on site at clients premises carrying out installations. We offer a complete service from design through fabrication & finishing to installation.
Machine Shop:
From our large dedicated machine shop we can carry out
traditional spindle moulding, and circular joinery. Our
5 headed planer allows us to extrude precision sections
quickly and accurately. We also have a computer operated
(NC) board cutting machine and a number of supporting ancillary
machines. 
Joiners
Shop: In the joiners shop we fabricate
a wide range of bespoke items including stairs, doors,
windows, handmade studios, bespoke kitchens, curved
doors and shop fronts. We believe there is nothing
to particular that we cannot build; if you have a demanding,
intricate job in mind, then give us a call.
Spray
Shop: Our fully operational COSHH registered
spray shop allows us to provide a quality finish to
wood surfaces for both internal and external applications.
We are equipped to spray clear lacquers and two part
epoxy paints to a very high finish.
Design:
Based on our years of practical experience we are ideally
placed to help our customers realise their design concepts.
If you are looking for a design out of the ordinary then
we can help, be that curved stairs, ornate pannelling or
gothic windows, we can help you achieve the look you are
after.
Installation:
Equipped with the latest fine quality hand and power tools,
our time served fitters bring the workshop to you in our
liveried vehicles. The majority of our fabrications are
fitted by our craftsmen who take particular care to ensure
that the finished job is perfect.
